The Pneumatic Automatic Duplex Stamping Machine is made to manufacture BANDLESS and BANDED soap, ranging from 18 to 150gms at the rate of 100-180 soaps/min.

Other features include:
-only parallel feed and delivery conveyors for stamped & flare soap
-scrap pusher mechanism
-vacuum pickup and delivery system

Machine Body
The body is made of graded casting. All the shafts are made of alloy steel and mounted on P.B. bushes or on ball bearings. Main gears are hardened and ground. All parts that come in contact with the soap will be made of Stainless steel or Chromium plated.

The Automatic duplex stamping machine is used for stamping LAUNDRY soaps. Using a 5 H.P. geared motor with 155 rpm, this machine has a output capacity of 100-120 soaps/min. For this machine, the feed can be parallel or right angle.
